1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "cb77" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" refers to cb77, an internationally licensed online gaming operator and the provider of the Platform accessible at https://cb77.live.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the cb77 Platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the cb77 website, mobile site, applications, and all associated digital services offered under the cb77 brand.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the cb77 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's cb77 Account, including real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, deposit match bonuses, or other incentive funds credited to a Player's Account by cb77.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the Player using a supported payment method such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, or Mastercard.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the cb77 Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the cb77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the cb77 Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the cb77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity or automated system.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. cb77 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You must not be self-excluded from cb77 or any other gambling platform as part of a responsible gaming programme.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
6. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of cb77, nor an immediate family member of such a person, where participation in gaming activities on the Platform would constitute a conflict of interest.

cb77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) Account on the cb77 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited. cb77 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify such activity.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current.
• Select a secure password and not share your Account credentials with any third party.
• Notify cb77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

cb77 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the cb77 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• cb77 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the cb77 deposit page and are subject to change.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account within sixty (60) seconds, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
• cb77 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.
• cb77 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, including where there is a suspected violation of these Terms.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may not be permitted to withdraw.
• Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable unless the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.
• cb77 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per calendar day, as specified in the cb77 payment policy.
• Processing times for approved withdrawals vary by payment method and are stated on the cb77 withdrawal page.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

cb77 offers promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all cb77 promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each promotion applies to one Account per person, household, IP address, device, or shared computer.
• Bonus Funds carry a Wagering Requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The specific Wagering Requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• cb77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, abuse, or in violation of these Terms will be forfeited without compensation.
• Where a Player holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds are typically wagered first unless the applicable promotion states otherwise.
• Promotions are intended for recreational Players only. cb77 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion.

7 Game Rules & Betting

The cb77 Platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, cricket betting, Teen Patti, PP Live content, and slot titles. The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• All casino games on the cb77 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is independently audited to ensure fair outcomes.
• cb77 is not responsible for errors caused by Player misunderstanding of game rules. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before wagering.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, cb77 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the relevant stake to the Player's Account.
• For sports betting and cricket betting markets, cb77's decision on the settlement of any bet shall be final, subject to the cb77 sports betting rules applicable to the relevant market.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the relevant game interface.
• cb77 reserves the right to limit the maximum win on any single game round or bet at its reasonable discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cb77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Creating, operating, or accessing more than one cb77 Account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds of unlawful origin through the cb77 Platform.
• Using the Platform to facilitate any transaction related to criminal activity.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting that cb77 determines to constitute systematic abuse of its pricing.
• Impersonating any other person or entity in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or another Player's Account.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the cb77 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, software, game content, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of cb77 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the cb77 name, logo, or any associated trademarks without prior written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cb77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your voluntary participation in any game or betting event.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond cb77's reasonable control.
• Errors in game display or data feeds where the underlying game result is determined by a certified RNG or official sporting result.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

cb77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

cb77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you can incur over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the cb77 Platform. Self-exclusion requests submitted in good faith will be actioned within 24 hours.

12 Termination & Account Closure

cb77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any outstanding balance, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a law enforcement authority.
• Discovery that a Player is a minor or has provided false age information.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting cb77 support. Any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure (following satisfactory completion of all verification and withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cb77 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through cb77's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

cb77 operates an internal complaints procedure for the resolution of Player disputes. To raise a formal complaint, Players should contact cb77 support in writing, clearly stating the nature of the dispute and providing all relevant Account and transaction details. cb77 will endeavour to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a final determination within 14 days of receipt.

14 Amendments to These Terms

cb77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cb77 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Player's Account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the cb77 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
